These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Furrow & Flock (the "Product"), sold by Furrow & Flock ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

License to use

When you purchase Furrow & Flock, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own homestead or household. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost the Product files, in whole or in part, to any other person or on any other platform, free or paid.

What Furrow & Flock is — and isn't

Furrow & Flock is a self-hosted, browser-based organizational tool for tracking garden, flock, livestock, preservation, and financial records at home. It is provided for general recordkeeping purposes only and is:

• Not veterinary advice. The Health & Vet Log is for your own personal recordkeeping and is not a substitute for guidance from a licensed veterinarian.
• Not financial or tax advice. The Finances module is a personal tracking tool, not accounting or tax preparation software.
• Not a guarantee of any outcome related to crop yields, animal health, or farm income.

Your data

Furrow & Flock stores the information you enter only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. We do not have access to, and are not responsible for backing up, the data you enter into the app. Use the built-in Export Backup feature regularly to keep your own copy safe.

EU, UK, and EEA right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer from the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on most online purchases. Because the Product is digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once download or access has begun, provided you explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at checkout. Founding member pricing & updates

If you purchased during a founding member or early-access pricing period, that price is locked in for your account, and future feature updates to the Product are provided to you at no additional cost, for as long as we continue to offer them.

Intellectual property

All design, code, branding, and content associated with Furrow & Flock remain the property of Furrow & Flock. Your license under these Terms covers use of the Product only, and does not transfer any ownership rights.

Limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furrow & Flock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
