Refund Policy

Furrow & Flock is a digital product delivered as an instant download. Because the file is available to you immediately after purchase, our refund policy works a little differently than it would for a physical product.

Digital downloads are generally final

As with most digital products, we're not able to offer a refund simply because of a change of mind once the file has been downloaded. There's no physical item to return, and the file itself cannot be "given back."

EU, UK, and EEA customers — your right of withdrawal

If you're purchasing from the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Because Furrow & Flock is a digital product delivered instantly, this right has a specific exception: it does not apply once you've started downloading or accessing the product, provided you gave your prior, explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so means giving up your right of withdrawal.

We collect this consent as a required checkbox at checkout, separate from our general Terms & Conditions, before your purchase is completed. If you did not see or agree to this checkbox at checkout, please contact us at info@furrowandflock.store and we will treat your purchase as still eligible for withdrawal under the standard 14-day rule.

Our 5-minute guarantee

If you can't get Furrow & Flock set up and running within 5 minutes of opening it, email us at info@furrowandflock.store. We'll walk you through it personally — and if we can't get you sorted, we'll refund your purchase. No forms, no hoops, no automated bots to argue with.

This guarantee applies within 14 days of your purchase date. Just include your order number or the email address used at checkout when you contact us.

What's not covered

Refund requests made after the guarantee window above
Compatibility issues caused by browser settings outside our control (we're happy to help troubleshoot these, though)
Change-of-mind requests after the file has already been downloaded and used for an extended period

How to request a refund

Email info@furrowandflock.store with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days, and approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
